Staying Active

A regular program of massage is most beneficial for good health and for Staying Active Without the Aches!

We'll help you make regular massage part of YOUR life by offering the following discounts:

6   60-minute sessions $250

6   30-minute sessions $200

** half of the Staying Active fee is due at the first session, with the balance to be paid over the course of the next four sessions. **

Jump Start $175

       Starting a new diet or exercise program?

             Getting ready for a big event -- a wedding, class reunion, conference, or meeting?

                   Training for a big race, or gearing up for the next season?

       FIVE WEEKS OF MASSAGE can get you ~ and help keep you ~ on track!

We'll help Jump Start your preparation with

1  60-minute session to get you started

3  30-minute sessions to keep you on track

1  60-minute session - right before the big event to get you ready; or right after to help you recover!

** half of the Jump Start fee is due at the first session, with the balance to be paid over the course of the next 3 sessions. **

Time For Two $90

Need a unique gift for the newly engaged, just married, new homeowners, or just the couple who appreciates good health and a thoughtful gift?

Time For Two ~ two 60 minute massages that they can schedule back-to-back at their convenience.

Massage Party $50 per hour

Want to really give your guests a treat?

Treat them to a neck-and-shoulder massage, or a foot massage, or even an all-out back massage.

Between 4 and 10 massages can be offered each hour, depending on the type and length.  Many options are available, and we'll help you find the one that's right for you and your guests.
